Kristen has had the opportunity to sing backup for artists like Josh Groban, Scott Sharrard, and Kenny Rogers, performing with both full choirs and smaller ensembles. That high-level experience demanded preparation, musical excellence, and professional performance discipline — and it's woven into every VOXFIT360 workout.

Kristen has written, co-produced, recorded, and released 3 albums internationally — bringing the perspective of a working artist to every coaching session. She knows what it takes to show up, perform, and deliver, because she's done it herself.

VOXFIT360 is a workout for your voice and your body. Kristen created it as a signature self-paced training system designed to build the singer from every angle — voice training courses that each target a key performance skill set.

Many sessions use light to medium dumbbells, and a yoga mat is recommended for core and floor work. No fancy equipment. No confusion. Just training that builds strength, stamina, agility, and performance confidence over time.

Singers can purchase pillars (courses) individually or choose the full bundle to save and train the complete method. Each pillar stands alone and builds together — a system designed so the skills compound.
