WHAT IS THIS PILLAR
Core Control is the foundation of VOXFIT360: the place where your breath, posture, and core engagement finally work with your voice instead of against it. In this pillar, you’ll train the muscles that stabilize your ribs, manage airflow, and keep your sound consistent, especially when you’re tired, nervous, or moving.
The key skill here is learning to control the collapse of the lungs and ribs, so your support system doesn’t give up too fast right after you inhale. This is what usually breaks down when a phrase gets long, loud, high, or emotional. If you’re not in control of your exhale and support, breath struggles will keep showing up no matter how much you practice.
These self-guided videos are designed to be repeated until the patterns become automatic, so you can carry core connection into every warmup, every vocal exercise, and every song you sing.
