WHAT IS THIS PILLAR
Vocal Velocity is where agility and athleticism meet. This pillar trains you to sing clean, controlled vocal patterns while your body is working, because real performance doesn’t happen standing perfectly still.
This is not about speed at first. It’s about accuracy. You’ll build coordination between breath, articulation, rhythm, and movement so your riffs, runs, and transitions stay precise.
Once you can execute the exercise accurately and consistently, then you can increase your vocal speed and (when applicable) gradually increase your weights and physical speed. These self-guided training videos are meant to be practiced on repeat, then applied directly to your daily vocal routine so speed never replaces technique, it strengthens it.
